Previous HR generalist experience within a law firm, is essential to be considered for this role.

My client, a leading law firm, is looking to speak to HR managers for an exciting role within their collaborative HR Team.

This role will have a dedicated set of client groups, as a result, strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills are essential. You will have the responsibility of a senior HR assistant as well, so previous management experience is beneficial. Other capabilities that are essential for this role include:

  • Strong Employee Relations skills - will be the first point of contact from all of your business lines
  • Engaging and warm personality
  • Driven and proactive - you will have to go out to the business to build relationships
  • Real sense of humility - no job can be too small
