We're working with an innovative agency, and who are looking for a HR Manager to shape their HR and Talent agenda.
This will be a generalist HR role with a varied remit, they are looking for this person to instil an environment which promotes Talent and Engagement. Brining an innovative and creative approach, the ideal candidate must be confident dealing with all aspects of HR including employee relations, recruitment, performance appraisal, training and development and project work and be adaptable to a creative client group.
You will be comfortable in a stand-alone HR role, working with the leadership team to instil a new HR culture throughout the business.
You will have a wonderful opportunity to partner with a fantastic client group and play a pivotal role in supporting a business who fully embracing the HR strategy. This business is about its people and their culture is at their core!
The ideal candidate must be confident in dealing with people at all levels due to this role having a huge amount of autonomy and visibility, and will need to be the type of person who'll roll your sleeves up and get stuck in! You will be comfortable in a stand-alone role within a creative fast paced environment, and enjoy no two days being the same.
