A newly created HR Manager role for an established organisation looking to devise a HR Business Strategy in an ever-changing organisation that currently has 50 employees. You will be required to work 3 full days a week from our prestigious Central London office, covering a generalist HR function.

SALARY: £45,000 to £55,000 pro rata

JOB DESCRIPTION: HR Manager - Part Time (3 days a week)

This is a rare opportunity to join a business that currently use an out-sourced HR support function and wants to bring the role in-house. So you will need to be the "go to" expert for all things HR.

Are you an expert in Policies, Employee Relations, Sickness Absence, Employment Law, Recruitment, Learning and Development, Succession Planning, Recruitment, Retention, Salary Reviews, Rewards and Benefits and Payroll?

Can you lead and evolve a HR Strategy supporting key stakeholders at Director / Chairman level?

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: HR Manager - Part Time (3 days a week)

Your role as the HR Manager will be directly reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for the HR implementation and devising the future strategy from the core values of this successful and affluent business model.

PERSON SPECIFICATION: HR Manager - Part Time (3 days a week)

Our HR Manager will need to have the following skills and capabilities:
· Able to travel to central London and work part-time, 3 days per week.
· Have gained a degree relevant to the role and be CIPD qualified.
· Demonstrate decision making skills and be able to work in a collaborative environment.
