My client, a hospitality leader based in Watford, London are seeking a HR Manager to start as soon as possible. There are circa 600 employees in the business. This is a very big brand who you will know in the industry and will be great on your profile!
You would report to the HR Director and have 2 HR Adminstrators reporting into you. You will ideally have experience in the Hospitality/ Food/ Leisure industry and dealing with both front of house staff as well as management. Most of the stores are in central London and there are 2 elsewhere around the country.
The company is going through some transformation so you will be able to adapt easily and embrace change in a business. Ideally you have a sense of humour and are able to be strategic when required as well as operational.
Currently, as this company is a start-up they do not have many HR systems in place so you will help with setting these up and be used to an environment where you have used Excel.
