HR Manager / Senior Business Partner

All their productions begin life at their Stratford workshops and theatres and they bring them to the widest possible audience through their touring, residencies, live broadcasts and online activity.
Position: HR Manager/Senior Business Partner
Location: Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire
Contract type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: in the region of £45,000 per annum

About the Role:
The HR department provides advice and support to managers and employees across the spectrum of HR:
Management i.e. Human Resources (resourcing, reward and benefits, employee relations, performance),
Training and Development (including organisational development) and Occupational Health.
As HR Manager / Senior Business Partner, you’ll join a team responsible for the delivery of high quality, strategic HR advice that supports and adds value to the achievement of the client's Purpose and Aims, and continues to raise the profile of the Company as an employer of choice.
You’ll provide well-judged advice, guidance and support to managers and staff across a defined range of departments in a way that balances pragmatism and sensitivity in a large, culturally complex environment, split across different sites (Stratford upon Avon and London).
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified and have broad generalist HR experience in a large, complex organisation. Ideally your experience will be in a commercial, fast paced company where you fostered and supported a culture of continuous improvement.
You will be a highly organised and personable HR professional who is comfortable with a busy work load. A positive and flexible individual would fit the HR team perfectly, as you will be supporting managers and employees across a variety of departments by giving well-judged, up to date HR advice and guidance.
With your excellent leadership skills, you will coach and inspire a direct report. You will have a good working knowledge of computerised HR systems and be able to evidence commitment to personal growth and learning through CPD and experiences
An understanding of UKVI processes, right to work, DBS and safeguarding procedures is essential as is positive experience of working with Trade Unions to deliver outcomes.
It would be advantageous if you have designed and implemented Equality and Diversity initiatives that facilitate inclusivity for all. Project management skills would also be beneficial, as would experience of working in a matrix-management environment.
