A leading technology agency with a real start up feel, are looking for a HR Manager to join their passionate and collaborative team. This role has a blend of delivery and project focused responsibilities, gives exposure to the senior leadership team and will provide ownership of the day to day HR and talent activities in the agency.
A visible and standalone HR role, you will be responsible for a combined client group of x80 in the agency, reporting directly into the leadership team. As HR Manager, you'll be responsible for a full generalist remit, with an emphasis on culture, talent management and day to day HR processes. You will have the opportunity to bring your ideas and creative flare to the business, with buy in from the leadership team to revamp the talent piece and add value.
You will be an esatblished HR Advisor, comfortable working in a standalone position, partnering across the business on various generalist and specialist HR tasks. You will be passionate about tech, a strong relationship builder and will have experience gained in a similar fast paced, entrepreneurial or a start up type environment. The environment is collaborative and social and they are looking for someone who can bring ideas into the business as they continue to grow.
