Our Human Resources Department is a vital part of our team and we have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated HR Manager reporting directly to the Director of HR for Signature EMEA.

We are the private jet maintenance division of the world’s largest network of aviation services Fixed Base Operators (FBOs), with over 200 locations providing a consistent, exceptional service to Business / Private Jet VIP customers. We are also part of a leading global aviation FTSE 250 Group.
The HR Manager Role:
You will work with local management to implement proactive, creative HR solutions for the business as well as provide proactive HR support for local management teams, ensuring full legal compliance with local laws and regulations at all times.
+ Collaborate with EMEA management team & Director of HR to plan and implement HR strategy
+ Work closely with and support local management on the full employee life cycle
+ Develop, maintain and distribute Company policies / procedures / templates, ensuring all are tailored for the business as appropriate
+ Drive the annual performance review process and work with local management to develop action plans
+ Work closely with local management to drive employee engagement initiatives and action plans
+ Deliver specialist training & leadership development, including support and coaching for local management on people management and development
+ Provide a visible HR presence throughout the business, acting as first point of contact for HR topics and issues
+ Work with local management on Employee Relations issues; leading on case management, providing representation, where appropriate, attending employee’s forum or union meetings and liaising with Union Representatives
+ Keep up to date with HR regulations, employment law, legislation changes & requirements, updating senior management on impending legal changes.
+ Provide support and advice to line managers in respect to recruitment and resourcing for the full spectrum of roles, using various recruitment tools and methods.
+ Collaborate with business leadership in developing succession plans, for key talents and key job positions, while aligning with the company policy and business needs
+ Work with the EMEA HR team on EMEA wide initiatives and projects, attending HR or business meetings within EMEA as required.
+ Assist the wider HR team with the implementation and roll out of various programs worldwide
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
+ Educated to degree standard
+ HR related qualification achieved or working towards a qualification
+ Experience in a busy HR function within payroll, HR administration, recruitment or an advisory capacity
+ Previous HR experience in a multi-site environment is desirable
+ Up to date knowledge of current and future employment legislation and best practice
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to build strong relationships with line managers
+ Energy to change and challenge the status quo to drive the business forward
+ Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure
+ Preference – Employment Law Knowledge, Ireland, France, Germany
