You will be based in West London day-to-day with travel on around 2-3 days to around 25 stores around North West London to develop and implement a number of key people projects in the organisation.
You will lead and manage an experience HR team through a period of transformation, supporting their development and increasing productivity and efficiency.
You will report to a Senior HRBP with a dotted line in to the HR Director. You will work on Delivery, Policies, Recruitment, Talent, Reward, Operations, ER, Employment contracts. This is a true generalist role, with an operational focus. This role has fantastic opportunities to develop as it is in such a huge global company which is in a fantastic period of growth.
Ideally you will be a strong communicator, be resilient and passionate about everything HR. You would have worked in a fast-paced role in ideally Food, Hospitality or FMCG and be able to start within 6 weeks. You will be CIPD qualified or equivalent in HR.
