As HR Officer, you will be an integral part of the HR team and be responsible for:
We are looking for an experienced HR generalist, preferably with a strong background in professional services recruitment and with a strong emphasis on developing business relationship in order to positively influence and better support others. You will be able to demonstrate that you are positive, pro-active, adaptable, helpful, approachable and a self-starter, as you will often be working with minimal supervision. You need to also be an effective communicator with the ability to deal with HR matters confidently and objectively.
Do you have proven HR experience as a HR Officer/ Advisor, preferably in a regulated industry and have you worked with HR databases or similar systems (e.g. payroll, CRM systems)?
Are you and effective recruiter with knowledge of on-line advertising and interviewing?
Do you have strong experience in handling ER matters and in dealing with the full employee lifecycle?
