Annapurna Recruitment is partnering with a large Professional Services business based in Central London to recruit a HR Officer on a permanent basis.
The role of the HR Officer will report into the Global People function within the organisation. This role will support the operational functions and will be a key part in improving processes across functional areas.
Your duties will include:
Track and facilitate performance, support all phases of planning, data management and global co-ordination.
Coach Managers on promotion readiness and facilitate promotion approval meetings, share feedback with leadership.
Provide support with employee relations, exits and internal investigation.
You will also manage global performance and reward initiatives, such as bonus payouts, bi- annual promotions through operational excellence.
Managing timelines, writing communications, creating reporting and analytics will be a key part of this role.
Develop Talent management and workforce planning initiatives in partnership with different teams.
Create presentations for leadership teams on billable utilization, bench status and forecasted exits. Research and present external HR trends and conduct internal reviews with Business Leads.
You will have at least 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
Exposure to process improvements and trouble shooting.
Ability to create in depth reports and analysis when needed.
CIPD is preffered but not essential.
You will ideally have worked in a professional services environment previously.
