An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the HR department at Sevenoaks School. The team is looking for an extremely organised, fast-working, efficient and service-orientated HR Officer. This is a varied role which will support the team in delivering a high quality HR service covering the whole of the employee lifecycle. The role will have a focus on the recruitment process for new joiners, with a particular emphasis on meeting the compliance requirements for new joiners and for contractors working for the School. It also has the opportunity to add value by also providing a generalist HR service where appropriate.
The role will work alongside the HR & Recruitment Co-ordinator and support the HR Manager and Head of HR in day to day activities. This role would suit someone with strong administration and generalist experience who thrives on a very busy and varied workload.
