HR Officer - Advice and Guidance
Find your place with them and help change lives.
They are one of the largest learning disability charities in the UK, supporting over 2,500 people through their friendly, supportive, creative and diverse teams. Operationally, they have been, and continue to be, innovative in recognising and championing great support, whilst taking an alternative view at how support is provided. Their efforts are sector leading and recognised and observed by CQC and local authorities who provide most of the funding for care packages.
Like with all Social Care providers, they are facing very challenging times ahead. In response to the changing landscape across the learning disability sector, they have developed our business strategy, Fusion Biz, which provides a framework detailing how they run their business support activities, processes and systems across the organisation.
This is the opportunity to be the first point of contact for all Employee Relations HR queries from managers and staff across the whole of their organisation.
As an HR Officer you will be required to work closely with your dedicated division to provide timely and accurate HR advice on a number of issues including disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence and contract queries. You will also work closely with colleagues on the HR Advice & Guidance Helpdesk, the Senior HR Officer and Senior Business Partners.
