Our client is a leading national charity supporting adults with learning disabilities, employing some 3,000 people.
Position: HR Officer – Advice & Guidance (Help Desk)
Location: Emersons Green – Bristol, BS16
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week
Salary: £25,280 per annum plus benefits

About the role:
The HR support is provided regionally by a team of experienced and highly professional colleagues. Due to growth and in order to continue the delivery of first line HR advice and guidance consistently across the whole organisation, they have successfully established an advice and guidance helpline.
You will be the first line of contact for all HR related queries and will be expected to resolve most during the initial call. This may include providing clear guidance and / or supporting with documentation to managers. It will include logging all queries as well as, monitoring and producing analysis at the end of each month.
You will be given full training on the call logging and analysis system and in addition to your HR certification you must have significant generalist HR casework experience gained in a similar sized organisation. A proven track record of establishing your own credibility quickly and experience of using information management systems is also essential.
You will have the support of an established and professional HR Team as well as proven and established HR Policies and Procedures to support you.
