HR Officer / HR Advisor – Hospitality / Hotel
Our client is well known within the hospitality sector and they have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced HR Officer to take a step up and become a HR Manager for their team.
Location: Bedfordshire (commutable from St Neots, Cambridge, Letchworth Garden City, Wellingborough, Peterborough, Luton and surrounding areas)
Salary: Circa £30K

This role will be responsible for the HR policy, processes and procedures, assisting managers in all aspects of people management. You will handle and assist with recruitment, liaising with managers to ensure a full brief is taken, writing job descriptions and placing suitable adverts. You’ll also ensure new starters have offer packs and maintain talent succession plans.
Other duties will include but not be limited to:
- Assisting with disciplinary and grievance investigations and hearings
- Support managers with their people issues, providing advice
- Provide proactive and reactive training
- Keep up to date on employment legislation
- Attend networking events and CIPD events
To be successful in this role you will have proven knowledge and experience in HR and the hospitality industry. You must hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
