The Company is a leading independent mobile phone provider to UK Businesses. They represent the B2B market on behalf of the four major networks serving the SME and Corporate sectors. As a trusted support to businesses for 18 years we have consistently delivered savings of up to 60% on monthly bills for their clients.

They are now looking for a standalone HR Executive to join their team on a permanent basis.

Position Overview:

You will be the point of contact for all HR related queries, supporting all aspects of HR delivery. This is a stand-alone role where you will have responsibility for the full employee lifecycle. You will develop, advise on and implement policies relating to the effective use of personnel in compliance with Employment Law. You will oversee recruitment and ensure that the organisation employs the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience and that training and development opportunities are available to employees to enhance their performance and achieve the organisation's overall goal.

This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with standalone HR generalist experience.

The Candidate:

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Calm, confident and diplomatic approach in all situations
  • Ability to manage own workload, work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable
  • Thorough and up to date knowledge of Employment Law
  • Ability to build rapport with colleagues at all levels
  • Ideally you will be available immediately or at short notice
