You will need to be CIPD qualified and be confident in your knowledge of employee relations, advising managers and be able to establish your credibility quickly, with both HR colleagues as well as operational managers. A driving license is essential, as although this is a home-based role, you will need to travel to various locations across the region and attend occasional meetings in Bristol, as well as support other services.
With Investors in People and Skills for Care accreditation they are committed to investing in their staff so that they can support others to live the best life possible. So if you are looking for a new challenge and are keen to further your career in HR they’d love to hear from you.
