HR Operations Administrator
Our Client is one of the top 10 insurers of the Lloyds insurance market, who write premiums in excess of £2 Billion. They are part of a wider group that have assets close to $100 Billion. They are now looking for a HR Operations Administrator to support the Head of HR Operations on all HR related matters.
Location: London (Commutable stations include Aldgate, Bank, Monument, Liverpool Street)
The HR Operations Administrator will be the first point of contract for benefit queries from staff. You will provide administrative support for the firm’s health benefits and related insurance policies, liaising with benefit providers on all issues regarding insurance cover. Providing full administrative support to the annual renewal process for the firm’s health, medical and group life policies, you will also support monthly and bi-weekly payrolls.
You will support the company on pension matters for the active pension scheme and legacy deferred schemes. Ensuring all HR databases up to date, you will offer HR support for the budgeting process and be the main point of contact for third party providers.
To be successful in this role you will have experience within a HR team, and have strong Microsoft office knowledge. You must have strong interpersonal skills and be confident speaking to senior members of staff. It is also essential that you are able to handle confidential information appropriately.
