Annapurna Recruitment is partnering with a National Education business with offices based in London to recruit a HR Operations Manager on a permanent basis.
Your duties will include:
- Managing a small HR Operations function and ensure the team are delivering to the rest of the business in a timely and professional manor.
- Significant experience of delivering a client focused operational service within Human Resources
- Responsibility for the HR systems, payroll and benefits platform, you will ensure that all date inputted on the system is correct.
- Experience of managing pay review processes in a large, Knowledge of public sector pay grades would be desirable
Strong systems skills.
Exposure to working in a public sector organisation would be desirable.
Management of a HR Shared Services function is essential.
This is a very exciting role working with a great education business paying between £55,000 - £65,000 + excellent benefits.
