HR Operations Manager (M1 Corridor)
This Company is looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to work within a busy HR environment providing a generalist service to a number of areas within its diverse organisation and managing a small team of HR professionals.
The person should have a strong track record in HR delivery including employee relations (managing union relationships and local work's councils and forums), reward and recognition including job design and understanding pay structures, payroll and pensions management, TUPE, employee engagement and initiatives relating to organisational capability and learning and development. You will have excellent IT and technology skills and come from an organisation where you have managed end to end HR transactions through a leading HR system. You will come ideally from a manufacturing/logistics background.
You will demonstrate a track record in communicating with stakeholders at all levels, be up to date with current HR policy and practice and have an excellent knowledge of employment legislation. You will demonstrate excellent attention to detail in all administration and reporting activity and be self managed to achieve project deadlines and time frames. Collaborative in approach but with a clear focus on delivery.
MCIPD as a minimum - educated to degree level or equivalent.

The salary is depending on experience and will come with a car allowance, DC pension, 25 days holiday.
