Annapurna Recruitment is partnering with a large retail organisation to recruit a HR Operations Manager on a permanent basis.
As a HR Operations Manager you will be responsible for Shared Services - Tier 0, HRIS, Reward and the employee lifecycle.
You will also be part of the team that will help implement a new HR system.
Your other duties include:
Delivery of lifecycle services.
HR Process improvement.
First line management of ER cases.
On boarding process, pre employment screening etc.
Monthly business reporting packs and analysis.
Day to day management of the team.
Strong HR Operations experience within a multi-country and multi-site business.
Strong HR Project experience (Process improvement)
Strong system skills.
