This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join a cool sporting brand within the shared service function. You will partner with the business to provide HR solutions both strategically and operationally.
With a clear people strategy to implement you will focus on data management whilst dealing with a varied ER caseload. Working closely with your specialist HR functions and drawing on support from the HR Operations Assistants, you will drive efficiency within the business. Operating within a complex, matrix structure requires strong stakeholder management and ability to influence within the business at all levels. Forming part of the HR function and working closely with the HR Data Analyst whilst reporting into Head of HR.
The ideal candidate will bring solid ER experience and strong employment law knowledge gained within a shared service and demonstrate a passion for driving change and enhancing HR best practice.
Candidates who can start with a short notice period will be preferred.
