Interim HR Operations Officer. 6 months Contract, London, Up to £250 p/d

Annapurna Recruitment is partnering with a Global organisation to recruit a HR Operations Officer on an Interim basis.

As a HR Officer you will be responsible for the general day to day HR operational function which includes, payroll, HR admin and HRIS systems.

Your duties will include:

  • Maintaining accurate records in HR Systems
  • Processing of all administrative forms (e.g. season ticket loans)
  • Booking and delivery of induction sessions
  • Starters and leavers administration
  • Production of employment contracts and contract changes
  • Absence management including booking of Occupational Health appointments
  • Managing administration of leaves of absence (e.g. maternity, adoption)
  • Benefits administration relating to company pension schemes, long term disability, private medical, etc.
  • Production of management and ad hoc report
  • Manage monthly payroll changes for specific locations
  • Manage employee queries
  • Ensure issues that arise are addressed or escalated as appropriate


Strong Payroll experience is essential.

Exposure to a shared services environment is desirable.

Financial Services or Insurance experience is preffered.
