Job Title: Regional HR Operations Advisor - East and West Midlands

Location: Covering East and West Midlands

Salary: £28,699 - £29,703

Position: Full Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

They are looking for a Regional HR Operations Advisor to join their HR Operations team, supporting their veterinary and retail teams across the East & West Midlands.

You'll be responsible for providing timely and effective HR advice, recruitment solutions and practical support, to assist your business partners in achieving their goals. Your area will consist of veterinary and retail areas, covering similar geographical locations.

Key Requirements:

You'll have experience of providing generalist employee relation advice and case management, along with a track record in recruitment, resourcing and development. You'll also have experience of developing and sustaining business partner relationships and coaching line managers on best practice in people management.

As the UK's leading veterinary charity, with 51 Pet Hospitals and over 380 Pet Practices, they strive to improve pets' lives - through prevention, education and treatment. Every year their dedicated vet teams carry out 2.7 million treatments on 470,000 pets. Their national network of over150 high street shops help us to provide these treatments through selling both donated and new goods.
