Elevation HR are currently recruiting for a HR Operations Partner for a permanent position working with a large UK leading name in Business Process Management to be based out of the Durham area, with regular travel to Rotherham and Newcastle.

The successful candidate will work within a fast paced and challenging environment and will take responsibility for:

*Proactive Partnership with Management teams to provide commercially focussed, hands on solutions to reflect the positive culture of people management
*Lead the HR stream on key projects including; restructuring, change management, talent development and engagement
*Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the local Trade Union representatives and include within employee forums and communication across the business
*Manage small scale TUPE transfers both in and out of the business
*Be able to clearly assess Commercial risk and make sound recommendations based on fact and the business interests
*Seek Commercial resolutions to Employment Tribunals and manage relationships with ACAS and solicitors professionally
*Input into the People agenda and business people plan, working collaboratively with key stakeholders and other HR services appropriately
*Deliver advice on all ER issues, and be able analyse patterns and trends in key areas and address these to support the key business areas

Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:

*CIPD qualified or studying towards
*Experience of working in complex structures and organisations where delivery of people services is through a mix of supplier agreements
*Experience of partnering management teams to deliver people strategy and commercially focused plans
*Experience of Employment Tribunals to claim and settlement agreements
*Experience of working multi-site is desirable
*Have demonstrable Trade Union and Employee Representative interaction and relationships
