A super creative and industry leading communications agency is looking for a dynamic individual with bags of energy to be their HR & Payroll Assistant. Working as part of a small but perfectly formed HR team, you’ll be tasked with managing the administration of the employee lifecycle, champion benefits and be the ‘go to’ expert for all payroll and benefit enquiries.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the starter/leaver process and inductions, administer holiday/sickness/absence, review changes, manage and process all payroll information, ensuring efficient and accurate data entry, and will manage the pension admin process.
The ideal candidate for this role will have proven experience within a HR and Payroll or be a HR Assistant with a real interest in using their strong numerical ability. Ideally this experience will have been gained in a media or creative environment, and you will have an incredible level of attention to detail and want to work in a sociable, lively atmosphere.
