A large accountancy firm are currently looking for a HR Project Manager to join their team on an initial 4 month contract with the view to be extended. Working as part of a team this role contributes to the wider portfolio of change activity for the business.
This role involves end to end project management on a range of different assignments both big and small throughout the HR Department which overall contributes to the wider change and transformation plans for the business. You will be in charge of creating and managing project plans, governance models, road maps and visual maps to make sure all processes run smoothly, along with the risk assessment and issue escalation along the way. You will be working closely with both internal and external stakeholders so communication is key.
In order to be successful at screening you must have managed projects end to end and have the planning skills needed to get projects up and running. You must be able to communicate with all levels of employees and have fantastic stakeholder management. You will need to have come from a HR background.
