Annapurna are working exclusively with a small but very successful Life Sciences company, to find an HR Business Partner to help drive a number of HR projects forward over the next year.
Based in Hertfordshire and reports to the Head of HR.
*Advise on strategic workforce planning to support organisational growth, including organisation design, structure, roles and team development
*Assist on a number of projects including but not limited to HR system/payroll implementation, Leadership development, Succession & Talent planning, venture fund support, D&I, Apprenticeship scheme, wellbeing ...
*Support the annual performance management process
*Oversee compensation and benefits practices
*Provide advice, support and guidance to managers on key employee relations matters
*Previously operated in an HR project manager capacity
*Preferably have experience working in both regulated and non-regulated environments
*Demonstrable experience working in constantly changing environments
*Keen to roll sleeves up and work on day to day operational HR tasks as well as ability to drive continuous improvement in the people agenda and business
*Organised/ability to set time lines and prioritise
