Elevation HR are currently recruiting for a HR & Recruitment Advisor for my client, based in Chesterfield. Operating as part of the HR team and reporting into the HR Manager the role will be responsible for generalist HR with a key emphasis on recruitment for this business.
The role will require a solid HR generalist with Recruitment expertise, with the capability and experience to build and develop a direct resourcing strategy and move the business from a predominantly supplier dominant process to a 50% direct sourcing model. In parallel the role will help develop the current Reward & Recognition offering to ensure a market leading employee value proposition and Talent Acquisition branding.
The role requires a organisational team player, committed to supporting and helping drive the strategy and change required to transition from a Transactional to Transformational HR division.
The role reports to the UK HRM and forms an integral member of a forward thinking, lively small HR team - you will have the opportunity to lead on project work, as well as generalist operational HR duties to support and assist in the delivery of the HR Roadmap.
To be considered for the role, you must have a talent / passion for Resourcing, but have previous experience working in a generalist HR capacity; duties to support the employee life cycle: employee relations casework, reward and recognition, employee contract review and roll out. You will ideally have exposure to project work and strategic delivery with a passion to accelerate your development to a HRBP role. Supported by HR Admin in all recruitment coordination, interviews and on-boarding and social media administration.
The role will be ideally suited to someone who is highly adaptable and looking for a role where every day is different and to be part of a business that is continuing to grow both organically and through acquisition to be a market leader in their market place. Some travel and occasional overnight stays within the UK will be required.
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
-A passion for candidate attraction and engagement
-Solid HR generalist experience including ER management
-Proven track record of end to end recruitment and resourcing expertise
-Strong capability of Linked In / Social Media recruitment skills
-Good end-to-end candidate tracking/HRIS systems and KPI reporting skills
-Experience of building strong relationships with external suppliers
-Self-starter and business integrator
-Strong written and verbal communicator
-Excellent influencer and stakeholder skills
-Able to demonstrate flexibility in a changing environment
-CIPD Level 5 preference or relative experience
