HR REPORTING ANALYST | WATFORD | £32,000 | PERM
Currently searching for a HR Reporting Analyst, ideally with PowerBI experience, for a perm role with a FTSE 250 FMCG.
The main duties and responsibilities of the HR Reporting Analyst will involve:
- Developing and maintaining data reporting and business intelligence
- Support the implementation of management reporting and dashboards
- Visualisation of KPIs and exception reporting
- Applying analytics to deliver forecasting and trend analysis to drive strategic, performance, and compliance targets
- Driving continuous improvement for business reporting through education and engagement
- Gathering requirements of high level needs and transformation into functional specification
- Reviewing and managing data issues relating to quality and consistency
