HR Service Delivery & Communications Lead - up to £65,000, West Midlands
Annapurna HR are working exclusively with a FTSE100 market leading global organisation who are looking for a strong candidate to drive the improvement of their HR shared service function and HR shared service communication. Responsibilities of the role include effective communication methods to the business, HR data delivery to employees or leadership and analysing the current effectiveness of the HR Shared Services function.
The successful candidate must be able to work effectively to deliver communications to the entire global employee base of the organisation, ensuring the service is improved and managing the platform to ensure this communications deliverance is effective.
