HR Service Improvement Manager - up to £55,000

Annapurna HR are working exclusively with a FTSE100 market leading organisation who are looking for a strong candidate to drive the improvement of their HR shared service function and manage vendor delivery effectiveness. The role will work closely with the external vendor, and work on the internal processes and systems to aid this improvement to ensure this HR Shared Service function is outstanding in it's operating.

Key skills needed:

  • Experience working with, and developing, 3rd party vendor SLA's & KPI's.
  • Ability to enable HR Process efficiently alongside the HR Systems.
  • Shared Service experience.
  • Global HR Service delivery experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to drive forward the successful function to further heights and really implement their ideas into the organisation, ensuring the function is the best it can be.
