Reporting into the HR Director EMEA and Vice President Global HR Operations you will be leading a team of 3 passionate HR and payroll professionals. You will work alongside the European and global HR team to deliver proactive, efficient and customer focused HR and payroll services across the EMEA business.
We need you to review our current practices and collaborate with the team to implement improvements that create value to our business. In addition, there are multiple HRIS projects up and coming and the successful person would be integral in leading these in the EMEA region.
The kind of areas you are likely to work on include:
+ Leading the HR and payroll team
+ Making the Luton office a great place to work
+ Recommending and implementing process improvements that are 100% customer focused
+ Management and ensuring the compliance of the overall payroll function
+ Configuration, development and testing of the existing HRIS
+ Assisting in the development of new systems specifications including implementation
+ Administration of annual salary review and bonus cycles
+ Management and administration of all employee benefit platforms
+ Ex-Patriate employee administration for UK and US secondments
+ Compiling of data for queries, suppliers, projects and analytics
+ Support the EMEA employee administrative life cycle in line with pre-defined benefit structures
+ Exceptional people manager with proven experience leading, empowering and developing a team
+ Driven to continuously improve and look at new ways to simplify and add real value to the business and employee experience
+ You’re an experienced HR Services Manager at SMB level 300-500 employees
+ Excellent problem-solving capabilities
+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Strong attention to detail, analytical acumen and intellectual curiosity.
+ Previous Payroll experience
+ Self-motivated, can work independently and as part of a team in a corporate matrix environment
+ Understands HRIS concepts, practices, and procedures
+ Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs
+ Knowledge of areas of IT associated with software design, testing and test planning, information flow and architecture is desirable
+ Experience of ADP Freedom, Oracle Fusion would be an advantage
