HR Shared Service Manager,

Group HR

About the role

· Transform the HR Admin function to a shared service people administration function.

· Transition the team from paper based processers to multi skilled People Administrators.

· Develop HR System Northgate - recommending, implementing and reviewing modules.

· Provide the business with people related Management Information (MI) in a regular basis.

· Provide the HRBPs with MI as and when required.

· Prepare for Equality Commission submission.

· Work with ER Manager to ensure contracts/handbook review.

· Pilot and roll our first line ER support - working with Group ER Manager

About you

· Experience of setting up and/or running a HR Shared Service.

· Process and detail driven.

· Worked with NGA

· Call centre experience

· Payroll admin and management
