Our client is a leading creative organisation, they are looking for a dynamic, strategic future talent specialist to join their commercial London based team.
Provide strategic direction on future talent programmes - with aim to develop a pipeline of future talent and leadership
Be responsible for the creation, design, development and delivery of innovative learning programmes across multiple lines of the business
Lead the Graduate and Apprentice programmes with key stakeholders
Refresh the Apprenticeship and Graduate Programmes, be an expert in the technical aspects of the Apprentice agenda
Embed values in to the programmes, be bold and revolutionary in approaching this.
Transform onboarding, development and induction experiences
This will suit an ambitious candidate on the ascent in their career seeking a progressive role with an innovative organisation
Essential you have worked in a large matrix commercial role in a fmcg or similar in this arena
Analytical: an ability to understand and respond to highly complex problems
Commercial: an ability to see talent from a business perspective, demonstrate solid commercial awareness
Communication: strong verbal and written communication.
Relationship Management: negotiating and influencing skills to command professional respect at all levels
CIPD qualified, Degree qualified or similar level of work experience
