HR Systems Analyst / HR Insights Officer (ITrent)

About the role:
Reporting to the Head of HR, the HR Insights Officer is a brand new, important role and will become the systems super user within the HR & OD team, responsible for data integrity, system architecture and providing accurate people related data and reports to the business through the HR & Payroll system (ITrent), Learning and Management system (Totara) and Applicant Tracking systems (easyweb).
You will love data and systems and have a good understanding of HR, OD and Payroll processes and legislation. Ideally you will have worked in a similar role with a working knowledge of Midland ITrent, Business Objects and of ATS and LMS systems. You will be an associate member of the CIPD, part qualified to Level 5, and will be qualified to minimum GCSE grade C or equivalent in English and Maths.
Additionally, you will have great people skills with experience of developing strong working partnerships with a range of people at all levels and experience of senior stakeholder management. With excellent written and verbal communication and strong attention to detail striving for excellence you will also have experience of understanding value add support service.
You will have strong analytical skills with the ability to make sense out of large volumes of data and be skilled in use of IT to advanced level in particular, MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. You will have an awareness and understanding of business improvement methodologies and of new GDPR legislation. Knowledge of current legislation and issues within the HR arena is also essential. The ability to travel within allocated area is essential as is the ability to work flexibly and when needed outside normal working hours.
