HR Systems, Data & Reporting Lead - up to £55,000, 12 Month FTC

Annapurna HR have been exclusively requested to search for a HR Systems, Data & Reporting Lead for our client. This position will be instrumental in re-shaping and adapting the HR System, Reporting & Data framework to be optimised for working within an agile environment and a dynamic, transforming business.

The successful candidate will have the following experience in:

  • Cloud HR Systems, as a superuser, ideally
  • Advanced Reporting skills, and the capability to progress this to Insight and Analytics further down the line
  • Full GDPR knowledge and experience
  • Worked in a small, small to medium or medium sized organisation within an HR Systems role

This individual will work closely with the senior stakeholders throughout the whole organisation, therefore, attention to detail, stakeholder management and a focus on delivering a value add service will be essential.
