HR Systems Manager

The Role:

Our client's HR Services Team is part of the Group HR function, and provides Payroll, Recruitment and HR administrative support to circa 2000 colleagues across all the group's businesses.

The HR Systems Manager will be responsible for functional management of all third-party HR systems including; HR & Payroll system, Learning Management System, Flexible Benefits Platform, ticketing system), and Applicant Tracking System.. The role includes managing data integrity, management of the company hierarchy within all HR systems, producing complex data queries, and the production / presentation of all Group and Divisional People data for board level presentation. This role has responsibility for the data security of all HR systems, and there will be a requirement to work collaboratively with the Group IT department regarding the links between HR systems and other dependant systems across the group, as well as with their third-party suppliers.

The role requires attention to detail, high standards of integrity and confidentiality, an excellent standard of internal customer service and an ability to work collaboratively across a number of functions.

Location:

Based near Retford Train Station, means there are great transports links should you wish to travel by train, car, or bus. They also have free car parking close to the office. This role could be based in another office, although some time in Retford would be required.

Experience:

To be successful in this role you will have experience of functional management of IT systems, and ideally within a HR or payroll environment. You will have strong data analytics skills including Power, BI, and you will be managing API and data feeds between systems.

You will have experience in data analysis and presenting data to a high standard to senior members throughout the Group. You will have a natural problem-solving attitude whilst having a strong customer focus.

Previous knowledge of HR systems e.g HR and payroll, LMS, ATS would be a definite advantage.
