Annapurna have just been engaged by a firm in Central London to search for a Project Manager with good methodology and stakeholder management skills to deliver the implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM.
- The ideal candidate will have experience implementing successful Change Management plans.
- Represent the project to key stakeholders across the business.
- You will have full responsibility for the definition, approach, facilitation and satisfactory completion of the project to implement the new HRIS solution.
- You will run business activities required to integrate new digital processes or jobs into the business as usual environment.
- Assist with the RFP and selection of vendors.
- Successfully Project Managed a HRIS implementation.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and planning.
