I’m working with a fantastic creative agency recruiting for a HR & Talent Assistant who will get amazing exposure as part of a lively, sociable team.
This is a truly generalist role, where your key responsibilities will include the full employee lifecycle including recruitment attraction admin, on-boarding and induction and probation through to leavers. As HR & Talent Assistant, you will be able to get involved with new training initiatives across the company and coordinate the training requirements for staff, and will compile metrics data/prepare reports for salary review, holiday and absence. You will keep up to date with employment law to assist with Company policies and will maintain the data on the HR database around benefits administration.
Candidates will have a minimum of 1 years HR experience, ideally gained within a creative environment. You should be passionate about developing your career in HR, be highly organised, have a proactive approach to work and of course have an excellent eye for detail.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on candidate who has experience of working at HR Administrator/Assistant level, and who can demonstrate real creativity and a passion for the creative sector. You will be able to demonstrate strong experience where you have worked in a fluid and ever changing environment, be an excellent communicator, and will have strong stakeholder management skills across all levels of seniority.
