A truly exciting opportunity is available for a HR & Talent Business Partner with an ambitious global technology start-up, who currently have a team of 2 in the London office. Projecting for rapid growth and expansion plans across the UK in 2018, this is a roll your sleeves up type of role where you’ll work closely with the Global Head of Talent and local leadership team, to really shape, own and deliver the people operations in the UK.
As HR & Talent Business Partner in a standalone HR role, you'll be responsible for a full generalist remit, with an emphasis initially on talent acquisition, talent management and training, and the implementation of day to day HR processes where they currently don’t exist. As the company grows, you will have the opportunity to be creative in utilising and implementing your ideas to deliver the value add projects such as engagement and culture initiatives in line with company vision and values, but will need someone with strong operational capabilities in the first instance to get them there!
For the HR & Talent Business Partner role, you will be an established generalist, and will be comfortable working in a standalone position partnering with senior stakeholders. It is essential you have proven experience of building a HR function, and growing a business from scratch in a similar start up environment. You will be a confident recruiter, capable of delivering recruitment processes to tight deadlines, and will be able to demonstrate experience where you have been a trusted advisor to line managers on talent mapping and HR processes.
