You'll be in charge of a busy HR team that services all the businesses in the group with ER, general HR queries and advice on policies and procedures as well as data analysis to promote more effective decision making. It's a highly service focussed role that requires strong relationship building skills and an ability to build an effective team whilst keeping an eye on overall business strategy and growth.
