My client, a large financial services business, is currently looking for a HR Team Leader to join the their wider HR team based in Birmingham.
You will be responsible for 10 coordinators so people management experience is key; you will be coaching and supporting this team to meet both personal and professional goals through new initiatives, development and training. There is an element of queries resolution , and auditing , to check all documentation put out by your team is complainant. As a coach you will be responsible for various projects and hold full accountability for service review processes. You will also be liaising with stakeholders during monthly chair meetings.
You will be heavily involved in the employee relations piece, covering all reporting and an acting as subject matter expert in the team
This is a very busy role so you must have similar experience and be able to demonstrate your strong administrative skills. People management experience is absolutely essential and you must be able to communicate with peers at all levels.
