Annapurna HR have been enaged by a FTSE listed food and drink producer to search for a HR Technology Lead with SAP experience to take charge of their HRIS strategy as they seek to implement new Successfactors modules.
- Take ownership of HRIS and manage the relationship with HR Operations and Generalist teams.
- Analyse the needs of the business and identify opportunities to expand the scope of HRIS and improve processes within the business.
- Direct the strategy of HRIS and work with the IT team to help them implement and configure Successfactors according to the needs of the business.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is essential.
- An effective communicator capable of managing relationships with stakeholders and colleagues in different teams and business units.
