HR Transformation & Change Lead - (Systems, Data Insights, Analytics and Process)
Our client is a global leader in their field, the VP HR is seeking an ambitious, driven colleague to drive and deliver their HR strategy.
This would very much suit someone on the ascent in their career with a strong interest in the Tech/Commercial arena.
You can easily have come from a complex matrix organisation or consultancy.
You will be a highly engaged HR strategic partner - with oodles of passion to make a difference in the work you deliver.
Knowledge and skills required;
The ability to think strategically, creatively, and be innovative
Have the strategic foresight to challenge conventional thinking
Using data analytics to produce reporting and programmes - wealth of knowledge of data insights
Proven success producing work flows, HRIS analysis
Proven experience in designing and developing programs and interventions, ideally in a global context
Ability to develop and implement innovative solutions in a dynamic, commercial environment.
Highly collaborative and able to influence across a diverse stakeholder group
Strong project management, presentation and facilitation skills.
Keen to progress - on the ascent in your career
Strong relationship and communication skills that are second to none
Results driven even with challenging priorities
Exceptional influencing and stakeholder management skills
A dynamic and pro-active HR lead used to working across multiple functions
Degree educated/ relevant level of work experience would be ideal
