HR Transformation Data Lead - Consulting - Up to 80k

Annapurna has partnered with a successful and fast-growing transformation consultancy. Our client are looking for professionals who are passionate about Data and HR technology. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with expereince in data conversion and migration in HR transforamtions to join a boutique consultancy going through an exciting period of growth.

Opportunity highlights:

• Working with the HR transformation team to define the data fields needed for cloud HRIS.
• Advising on data requirements of HR transformation and quality of the data.
• Define and agree strtegy to process, collect, cleanse and validatie people data.
• responsible for end to end data migration.
• Eexecuting data validation and data quality improvement.

The successful candidate will have:

• Expereience working on Successfactors Employee Central implementation project.
• Experience planning and leading data migration, cleansing, validation and migration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to explain data and HR Technology to clients.
• Advanced in Excel.
