We are searching for a talented individual to join one of our clients, a successful and fast-growing transformation consultancy, as a HR Transformation Consultant.

In this position, you will be responsible for supporting clients deploy new technologies during HR transformations. The role combines stakeholder, change and project management, as well as solution and process design. This role does not include configuration.

Duties include:

  • Advising clients on HR service design, operation models and capability
  • Producing cases for change
  • Provide expertise on the deployment of HR tech solutions from a functional and organisational stand point
  • Supporting on design and the best way to use HR tech
  • Mapping and Documenting HR processes
  • Identifying risks
  • Working with technical teams


Skills required:

  • Previous involvement in at least 2 SaaS implementations (preferably in the design space)
  • Interpersonal & communication skills
  • Experience of HR processes and mapping
