HR / Workforce Systems Analyst (HRIS) required for our client up to £31,617
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated HR / Workforce Systems Analyst (HRIS) to join the Workforce Information team based at Frimley Health NHS Foundation trust supporting 3 sites, Ascot, Frimley and Wexham.
The Human Resources department has recently gone through a restructure and this is a newly created post. The post has been designed to provide system support for the on-going maintenance and further development of HR systems, along with supporting the Workforce Information team with the design, development and production of reports using ESR Business Intelligence. The department is busy and vibrant with a strong ethic of teamwork. Workforce Information is a small, friendly and welcoming team, who are pivotal to the delivery of their HR objectives.
You need to have a proven track record of working with workforce information, along with experience of HR Systems, ideally such as ESR and Business Intelligence. You will be undertaking system administration, as well as providing support, advice and training to users across the Trust. You will need to be a specialist in workforce Information, a systems whizz, who has a keen eye for detail.
This is a Monday to Friday role, 37.5 hours per week, however 30 hours will be considered for the right candidate. Salary £25,424 - £31,617.
