An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a globally recognised blue-chip brand, as HR Business Partner.
This is a 12 month fixed term maternity cover, but this is a large Surrey employer - who knows that the contract could lead to.
This represents a unique opportunity for a HRBP or Senior HR Advisor to further consolidate their generalist experience, working closely with a divisional Senior HRBP, the role will work with a dynamic and forward-thinking business stream, assisting middle and senior management as they look to deliver to their commercial goals.
Furthermore, the role will offer some opportunity to work strategically across the client group, learning from and deputising for the Senior HRBP as they look to build the people plan and execute global HR strategy across the division.
To apply to the role you should be a confident HR generalist who is looking to continue their development as an HRBP. You should be CIPD qualified and educated to degree level (or equivalent) and bring experience that includes strong experience of handling ER issues in a white-collar environment. You should have experience from recognisable large employers (with financial services, businesses services, FMCG and large media environments very well though of by the HR leadership). You should be a team player, able to act up for the Senior HRBP, but also someone who is looking to learn and take guidance from a senior BP. You should be positive in your outlook, consultative with your style and be an accomplished relationship builder, able to gain credibility quickly and see the bigger picture.
