HR Business Partner, Human Resources, London, £42-55K, 12 Month FTC

Our clients, a financial services company, are looking for a HR Business Partner to join their organisation on a 12-month FTC.

In the role you will be directly reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner in developing the direction in which the HR strategy is implemented.

As a HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting critical areas of the business and developing employee engagement.
  • Providing effective advice and coaching senior professionals.
  • Managing succession planning and the talent development agenda.
  • Developing the company's diversity and inclusion programme.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience as a HR Business Partner.
  • Excellent knowledge of employee relations or employment law.
  • Fantastic Communication skills.
  • 1 month notice period or less.
