Elevation HR are currently recruiting for an HRBP for a permanent position working with a leading name in Manufacturing to partner Corporate and Site Functions based in the West Yorkshire area.
The successful candidate will work within a fast paced and challenging environment and will take responsibility for:
*Work closely in conjunction with the Management Team to support across all aspects of ER supporting and coaching them to handle processes and procedures with minimal input.
*Take a clear lead and focus on Employee engagement within your area of remit, ensuring clear and proactive action plans are implemented.
*Provide advice in line with policies and current legislation to managers and colleagues.
*Support the key Internal Stakeholders in dealing with performance issues through to settlements.
*Work with the Unions to ensure lines of communication and agreement are kept open
*Act as the key point of contact for any change in the Employee Life-Cycle ensuring legislative changes are communicated in a timely fashion.
*Manage across various key HR Projects ensuring key deliverables are achieved to timescales
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
*CIPD qualification level 5-7 or studying towards
*Working at an HR level in a generalist role with project experience
*Have come from ideally a construction/manufacturing large corporate business
*Be able to deliver key messages in a positive constructive manner
*Have demonstrable ER experience up to complex cases
*Ability to self-motivate as this is essentially a remote working position with the main HR support based elsewhere
